DEIF is a member and supports the work of the following trade associations and online resources to further global market development and cooperation.
CHP
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) established the CHP Partnership as a voluntary program that promotes efficient CHP technologies across the United States.
The Partnership works closely with energy users, the CHP industry, state and local governments, and other clean energy stakeholders to facilitate the development of new projects and to promote their environmental and economic benefits.
EGSA
The Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) is a USA based organisation dedicated to the development and monitoring of performance standards for the On-Site Power Industry.
The Association promotes contact with others in the industry and encourages knowledge-sharing, education, training, communication, and international co-operation.
ERA
ERA, the European Rental Association, is the representative association of the equipment rental sector in Europe. ERA promotes and is involved in questions regarding the rental concept, EU affairs, statistics on the rental market, sustainability, equipment theft, and general rental conditions.
CHPA
CHPA, The Combined Heat and Power Association, advocates an integrated approach to delivering energy services using combined heat and power and district heating. They believe in promoting a greater awareness and understanding of CHP and district heating.
Climate Consortium Denmark/State of Green
Climate Consortium Denmark is a public-private partnership promoting Danish cleantech solutions to the climate challenge. The partnership works continually with showcasing viable cleantech solutions. The Consortium was the focal point of business related activities during the United Nations Climate Conference, COP15 in Copenhagen, December 2009.
Sellihca Qualification

EEP - Electrical Engineering Portal
EEP is an engineering portal dedicated to electrical science and education and its core purpose is to spread knowledge and educate power engineers in fields of power substations, industrial automation, low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage applications, protection relays, IEC standards, lighting, KNX systems etc.
NICEIC
NICEIC is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. It has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians for over fifty years and currently maintains a roll of over 26,000 registered contractors.
Choosing an NICEIC registered electrician is the best way to ensure a safe job. Electricians registered with NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure high standards and their work is checked against the IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671 as well as other standards.
American Rental Association
The American Rental Association (ARA), located in Moline, Ill., is the international nonprofit trade association for equipment rental businesses and manufacturers and suppliers of rental equipment.
ARA members are located in every U.S. state, every Canadian province and more than 30 countries worldwide.
Founded in 1955, the ARA is the world's leading source for information and research, business resources, education, risk management, government affairs, networking and marketplace opportunities for the equipment rental industry.
The ARA supports industry success and growth through products, services, events and administration of affiliated organizations.
